Our employment opportunities include FULL AND PART TIME direct support professional positions in the group homes. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
teaching life skills
supporting with daily living skills and personal support needs
supporting individuals to be active members of their communities
maintaining a safe, healthy and comfortable environment
respecting and supporting dignity, privacy and confidentiality
providing and seeking out opportunities for choices
assisting to develop healthy relationships
assisting with conflict resolution
providing opportunities for activities various settings and transportation as needed
completing needed reporting and documentation
Our job sites are conveniently located in NORTH SIDE OF CHICAGO, SKOKIE, MORTON GROVE, AND MOUNT PROSPECT. Full time employment (40 hours/week) with Search comes with an excellent benefits package:
