Provides leadership for AID’s Employment Services for clients in PSR and BH Outpatient Aurora.
Coordinate services to meet criteria of IPS (Individual Placement Services) and follow the guidelines of IPS to assist clients in obtaining and maintaining employment that is consistent with their preferences.
Engages in job development in the community 50% of the work week.
Assist clients in expanding and developing microbusinesses.
Master Degree - preferred or Bachelor’s Degree required in Human Services field
Two or more years’ experience working with people with serious mental illnesses and experience providing employment services is preferred.
