We are Seeking a Foster Care Case Aide for our Cottage Grove location.
Job Summary: Provide transportation for clients (children and birth families) to and from various appointments, i.e. family visits, medical appointments, court, staffing, school, etc; Communicate with foster and/or biological parents, teachers, social workers and others to gather information for social service delivery; Supervise family visits, and/or assist in the supervision of complex visits; Supervise children as appropriate, and as requested by Team; Provide written documentation and complete required data entry of all client contact and service coordination; Perform light clerical work as required and data entry as required.

Minimum high school diploma or GED; Associate’s Degree preferred.
Must be sensitive to the needs of children and their families.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, and have good oral and written communication skills.
Experience working in team environment a plus.
Must meet Agency and DCFS driver approval standards, and have vehicle that meets legal standards for insurance.This position requires traveling throughout the Chicagoland area.
Must be over 21 years of age.
Hourly rate based on experience. Full-time with benefits and mileage reimbursement.
