Provide supervision and management of Victim and Outreach Services Program. This includes supervision of staff, scheduling, training, program development, community relations, supervision of staff and direct service. Provide crisis intervention to victims/families in emergency or crisis situations. Education to the community, police and and other service providers is also required. Hours include evenings and weekends. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Association for Individual Development
Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field required. Master’s preferred
ICDVP certification or 60 hour DV/SA certification
Experience in crisis/emergency relief work preferred.
Experience with at-risk, trauma and/or crisis clientele preferred.
Evening, weekends and holiday hours required
Valid Illinois driver’s license
Drive self and clients in personal vehicle
Must have the minimal amount of liability insurance on personal automobile as defined by the AID handbook
No lifting restrictions and Navigation of Stairs
