We are seeking an Information Specialist to assist with data entry and program analysis. The Information Specialist will coordinate the data-collection, data-tracking, filing and reporting process for the Adult Education & Employment program. The Information Specialist will also assist the director and coordinator in program planning, technology development and capacity-building efforts.
High School Diploma or 1-3 years of transferrable professional experience. Proficient in MS Office. Aptitude for details. Ability to work independently to develop organizational systems.
Associates degree or higher, 2+ years of experience working in a social service agency, knowledge of adult education and WIOA funding streams, and previous experience with DAISI and online CRM platforms preferred.
