Provides clinical supervision and training for all Domestic Violence program staff including adult counseling and therapy and children’s therapy and counseling.
Oversees children’s therapy staff and interns (Master’s Level) in Domestic Violence Program
Maintains a caseload of children participants who have witnessed domestic violence.
Keeps abreast of relevant, current information and practices related to gender-based
Supports program data collection and analysis and generates reports as needed.
Works collaboratively with SVP of Programs and Development with necessary information on programs as needed.
Master’s Degree required
LCPC, LPC, LCSW, LSW or similar licensing required.
Certified Domestic Violence Professional
Prior experience in domestic violence or gender-based violence required; Experience in human/social services is preferred.
Effective interpersonal skills and written communication
Must have racial and social equity framework and experience working with organizations that serve people of color and vulnerable populations. Knowledge of cultural characteristics of Mujeres’ target populations.
