The Bridge Youth and Family Services seeks a full-time counselor (Spanish speaking) to provide crisis intervention and outpatient psychotherapy to youth and families in the northwest suburban communities as a member of our crisis team serving runaway, locked-out, and at-risk youth.
The program maintains an outstanding 95% rate of reunifying runaway and locked-out youth with their families.
Additional salary will be offered based on experience and/or licensure. The Bridge will help the successful candidate achieve licensure. The Bridge provides a supportive team environment, competitive compensation, and regular clinical supervision.
Position requires the candidate to be on-call 5-8 weekdays each month, including overnight, to respond in person to provide crisis intervention services to runaway and homeless youth at police stations, hospitals; and schools; and provide follow-up psychotherapy to youth and families.
