The Patient Access Representative is the first point of contact for our patients, who ensure they receive high-quality care.
Provides appropriate routing of all incoming telephone calls for the health center
Answers all telephone inquiries regarding the daily appointment schedule and provider/clinic staff availability
Look up and update general patient information in Erie's computer system
