The Director of Advancement The Director of Advancement is responsible for overall fundraising and friend-raising initiatives. The Director is responsible for overall programs, policies and strategies related to Development, Alumni Relations, Advancement Publications and the Communications calendar. The Director establishes office policies and procedures, determines goals, objectives, and budget; and develops and monitors a calendar of activity for ongoing annual development, alumni relation efforts, Advancement publications and communications. The Director reports to the Principal and develops and implements a comprehensive and fully integrated advancement program in cooperation with the Principal, Dirctor of Finance and Operations, Director of Admissions and the Board of Directors consistent with the RPMS mission and strategic plan. Reporting to the Director of Advancement is the Associate Director of Development. The Director is responsible for upholding the purpose, standards and policies of RPMS as outlined in the Parent and Employee Handbooks under the supervision and evaluation of the Principal. The Director is expected to conduct him/herself in an ethical and business professional manner at all times. This person must maintain all personal information about children, families, organizational issues and other school matters as confidential.
