1.Responsible for cultivating and managing Regional and Program Events relationships with donors, sponsors and guests. Responsible for technical support to the five Regional Advisory Boards and Program Event Committees including but not limited to Raiser Edge, Bid Pal, SaleForce, Point and Revenue reconciliation, communicating information regarding Catholic Charities program needs and advising on all aspects of their fund raising activities. 2. Works independently and exercises discretion and sound judgement in cultivating and soliciting long-term regional and event donors for Catholic Charities support. 3. Writes and implements a comprehensive annual business plan and prepares annual budgets for Regional and Program fund raising staff. 4. Works with Regional and Program directors in the identification and cultivation of individual major donors, corporate and foundation prospects in coordination with the Director of Development and the Director of Special Events and Corporate Partnerships. 5.Identifies new committee members for Regional and Program fund raising committees in conjunction with the Board Relations/Mission Engagement and Volunteer Departments. 6. Provides advisory assistance to the Special Events team in coordination with the Director of Special Events and Corporate Partnerships. Required to work occasional evenings and weekends in support of the special events. 7. Provides leadership to Catholic Charities premier special events when necessary. 8. Acts as a liaison between the Communications Department and Regional and Program event heads to ensure completion of including but not limited to sponsorship brochures, invitations, and program books and for website event management. 9. Acts as a liaison between Development's vendors and Catholic Charities programs to ensure all required documentation is received, reviewed and completed and returned to correct parties. Ensures proper record keeping and the accurate handling of all donations in compliance with agency guidelines and procedures. 10. Responsible for hiring, coaching, evaluating and providing for the professional development of staff.

Relevant Experience: Preferred: 10+ Years Proven success in managing special events, individual, corporate and foundation fund raising. Minimum: 7-10 Years Proven success in managing special events, individual, corporate and foundation fund raising.
