ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION Candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have a Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field and 1000 hours, either during internship or post graduate work, supervised by an QMHP REQUIREMENTS
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Opportunities are available in north, south, and west sides of Chicago, the surrounding suburbs, Lake County, McHenry County, and Kankakee. Community Support Specialists work on one of three teams determined by the level of care for our members:
