Qualifications: - Associate degree from an accredited college or university with a preference for coursework in Early Childhood Development
- Minimum of one year of similar work experience; experience up to three years is preferred
- Prior experience in the Early Childhood field, working with children and families of different ages and ethnicities preferred
- Bilingual language abilities a plus but not required
- Must have valid driver's license and good driving record as driving a 14-passenger van may be required
- Annual credentialing for PAT (Parents as Teachers) with current knowledge for Ages & Stages as part of 15 hours of continuing education annually
- Experience in developmental screenings of various levels and types is preferred but not required
- Ability to work collaboratively or independently, depending on the situations
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, both oral and written
- Basic skill level in MS Outlook, MS Office suite of Work, PowerPoint and Excel
