Seeking (ENG/SPA) Bilingual Behavioral Health Therapist (LSW, LPC, LCPC, or LCSW)

Consuelo, Inc. is seeking a Spanish Bilingual Mental Health Therapist to join our private practice on a contract basis. Pay is a percentage based on experience,license level, as an independent contractor.
Services Offered by Consuelo, Inc.:
Bilingual and bi-cultural behavioral health services are offered in the Spanish/English languages and Latino/American cultures. Behavioral health outpatient therapy is offered for individuals (children, adolescents, and adults), couples, and families who are in need of general counseling or mental health therapy using Person Centered, Cognitive Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Immigration extreme hardship evaluations for citizens and non-citizens who are applying fro the U-visa or asking for asylum.
Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
Conduct and complete mental health assessments
Provide outpatient office based therapy
Collaborate with additional treatment providers and agencies
Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain license and certificates current
Requires a Master's Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy or other related field
Illinois License as LSW, LPC, LCPC, or LCSW, required
Bilingual and Bicultural (English/Spanish)
Obtain and maintain own Professional Liability & General Liability insurance coverage
Familiarity with mental health,substance issues for diagnosis, treatment and resources.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
