The Career Program Manager co-leads Posse’s Career Program in Chicago. The mission of the Career Program is to help Posse Scholars transition from being leaders on campus to become leaders in the workforce. Career Program Managers focus on three key responsibilities: (1) Developing and leading exciting, career-enhancing programming (e.g. workshops and special events); (2) Collaborating with the Director and development staff to cultivate and manage career partnerships; and (3) Connecting Scholars and alumni to resources that allow them to access a range of career development services, including internship and job search support, skill building, and ongoing career guidance. Most important, Posse Scholars persist and graduate at a rate of 90 percent and make a visible difference on campus and throughout their professional careers.
