Approves time sheets and ensures compliance with Agency and funder guidelines. Accountable for daily activities within the allowable activities approved by the Agency.
Strategically manages time of personnel, approves time sheets and utilizes time management tools to ensure personnel and self are in compliance with Agency and funder guidelines. Ensure staff and self are accountable for daily activities within the allowable activities approved by the Agency.
Oversees the Agency Performance Quality Improvement process and collaborates with the Deputy/Department Directors to evaluate the appropriateness and quality of service provision in each program/department and improve the overall quality of the organization’s performance including follow up on issues of quality within the agency.
Collaborates and provides assistance/support with the Performance Management committee, to provide technical to program directors with annual work plans.
Analyzes trends, tracking of demographics, and performance improvement planning outcomes via quarterly program dashboards as provided by programs and produces a PQI Report for distribution to the Management team, President and Board of Directors.
Present quarterly PQI reports at Management team meetings.
Provides PQI data to the Executive Administrative Assistant for the organizational dashboard.
Supervises the distribution, collection, and processing of participant and employee satisfaction data and ensures improvement plans are developed.
Collaborates with the ITS director to continually evaluate the data collection process, analysis, preparing reports and making recommendations for performance improvement.
Advances an inclusive culture of quality within the organization via employee events/activities.
Collaborates with the Human Resources Director, in managing and evaluating the agency’s risk prevention management process, data and activities to identify patterns and trends.
Collaborates with the Council of Accreditation Coordinator during the re-accreditation process.
Collaborates with programs and departments in monitoring the compliance of the organization’s ability to meet all applicable Council on Accreditation standards associated to the Administrative and Performance Quality Improvement standards, in order to maintain an active and qualifying COA accreditation status.
Presides as the Chair of the Case Record Review subcommittee to establish a best practice approach and provide a continuous emphasis on improving services to the participants of Casa Central via ongoing case record reviews.
Administers quarterly Case Record review trainings for new reviewers.
Administers orientation on Performance Quality Improvement (PQI) to all new hires.
Ensures departments and programs understand the PQI structure, purpose and process via an annual training.
Evaluates regulatory, licensing or other external program reports/audits to improve best practice and efficient and effective service delivery.
Provides technical support/training in the development of program/dept work plans to new management or key leadership as needed.
Ensure the PQI operations manual is periodically updated as appropriate or required.
Attends external meetings to represent the Agency in the larger community and internal meetings to enhance quality.
Responsible for providing PQI quality report updates as needed at the Directors meetings.
Solicits feedback regarding the PQI structure and process and uses information to better design and implement quality controls.
Communicates with the Chief Operating Officer, on a regular basis.
Performs other related duties as assigned by Chief Operating Officer.

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree (Preferred), and preferably 2-3 years’ experience directly or indirectly involved in the management of quality in an organization. Excellent communication skills. Ability to speak effectively before groups or employees of the organization.
Bilingual/Bicultural in English and Spanish preferred.
Computer Literacy & Knowledge Skills Abilities:
Must be computer literate in Microsoft Word, and Spreadsheet management.
Ability to prepare statistical reports for program services and administrative departments.
