The Finance Analyst is responsible for maximizing all Revenue sources for the organization, including managing all government contract application, reporting, and billing, coordinating with our Development team to record all donations and foundation grants, as well as other funding sources such as investments and rent from our partner tenants.
Duties & Responsibilities
Serve as the liaison to each of our Government grantors and partner organizations.
Complete all required documents for each grant
Submit accurate and timely invoices for each funding source
Monitor and maximize utilization of all grant funds
Maintain master allocation of program expenses and staff against grants
Manage compliance with all grant requirements
Donations and Grants
Reconcile donations between the Development platform, Blackbaud RE, and the Financial software program, Blackbaud FE, to ensure consistency of classification of these donations
Support all requests for inputs for Foundation grant applications
Complete all grant reporting on a timely basis

Rent revenue from tenants
Other Accounts Receivable

Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting (or business related) and a minimum of 3 years of experience in small business networked computerized environment and general accounting, payroll, computerized general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
