Job Scope: Provide clinical and administrative oversight to a team of clinicians providing intensive, recovery oriented behavioral health services to persons living with serious and persistent mental illness. The focus of the Community Support Team (CST) will be to provide intensive outreach activities to support clients living independently and engaging fully in community life. Supervisor will be an active team member, carrying a caseload, providing clinical interventions, sharing in 24-7 crisis coverage and supervising team member assignments and activities. Manage and assess incoming referrals, and coordinate transfers to other levels of care. Build and maintain CST team and ensure agency performance standards for the team are met.
Have a valid Illinois Driver’s License.
Must have a Master’s Degree, qualify as a Qualified Mental Health Professional, LPHA preferred
Preferred 2 years of experience working with adults with serious mental illness
1 year of experience providing community-based services
1 year of experience providing administrative and clinical supervision.
