Position Summary:Performs general clerical work and maintains NNHSC’s clerical supply system. Works closely with the Special Assistant to the CEO to ensure administrative responsibilities are handled professionally and efficiently.
Will follow role assignments that are in alignment with the Patient Centered Medical Home Standards, and participate in all Patient Centered Medical Home efforts,
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
Greet visitors as they present to the administrative office.
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and e-mails
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors.
Researches, acquires, assembles, catalogs, restores (if necessary), exhibits (if required), maintains and stores items of archival importance to NNHSC or its development.
Responsible for organizational contracts for completion prior to execution.
Responsible for organizing and maintaining NNHSC clerical ordering system.
Completes assignments in a timely manner.
Responsible for Corporate retreats, seminars and workshops.
Performs other related duties, as assigned.
Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists in preparing conference rooms for meetings, when necessary.
Education: Bachelor degree preferred
Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software
Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment
Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such a filing, record keeping and archiving
Communication skills- written and verbal
Planning and organizing
Problem assessment and problem solving
Information gathering and information monitoring
Attention to detail and accuracy
