Little Friends is currently seeking a dedicated, caring, DSP's for a Community Support Specialist positions committed to assisting developmentally disabled individuals with daily living skills in their adult residential program: The CSS is the primary direct care staff for assigned adult clients with the responsibility of ensuring that goals and objectives in the Individual Support Plan (ISP) are completed. The CSS will also work with other Support Staff in the home to assist in the completion of day to day tasks, such as, budgeting, menu planning, community outings with the clients.
