Performs a range of administrative activities including administrative, fiscal, staff support, and planning activities, such as record keeping and database management, and assigned projects and tasks. Gathers, organizes and files records of meetings, proposals, contracts, billings, service utilization, and program documents. Coordinates and facilitates meetings, program functions, and/or special events, as appropriate. Handles documents and information of highly confidential nature confidentially and with discretion.
High School diploma or GED required.
Associate of Arts degree or degree candidate preferred.
Two years of responsible administrative and secretarial experience.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
Computer proficient (Microsoft Office competence). Database management, Word processing and/or data entry skills.
