The Patient Scheduling Representative performs accurate registration and telephone scheduling, clerical and record keeping duties to assist in the creation of high functioning, patient–focused clinic operation. Position responsibilities are performed in a call center setting.

Education: Associates Degree or equivalent work experience in a medical office or hospital in a similar role.
Knowledge/Skills: Bilingual in English/Spanish required. Strong customer service skills. Ability to alphabetize and add/subtract/multiply and divide necessary. Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. Ability to type 40 WPM preferred.
Type/Years' Experience: Minimum of one year experience in medical office preferred. Call center experience preferred.
