Provide intensive, recovery-oriented behavioral health services to adults with serious mental illness. This position provides a mixture of outpatient therapy, crisis intervention, community support, and case management depending on a client’s needs, and coordinate a range of individual and group treatment services that target assessed areas of functional impairment and promote independence through the development and use of natural community supports. Services are provided primarily in nursing facilities and SMHRF (Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility) to support individuals working to transition into the community.
Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s preferred.
Knowledge of Olmstead Colbert and/or Williams Consent Decrees preferred.
