Erie Family Health Centers is a community health center that cares for over 80,000 medical and dental patients across 13 locations throughout Chicago and the northern suburbs. Registering patients, inputting charges, scheduling and verifying appointments
Collecting payments at the time of service, applying fee scales appropriately, safeguarding cash and verifying insurance
Any other front office functions as deemed necessary
Functions collaboratively with other Patient Support Services, Patient Benefits Advocates and other clinical services to ensure efficient, friendly, cost-effective service
High School Diploma or equivalent, required
Prior physician's office experience is beneficial
Experienced in utilizing a computer and Microsoft Products
Ability to work in a challenging team environment
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
