Administrative Support, Case Management/Social Services, Operations/Project Management
Assists in the Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) processes to service and documentation compliance with agency, Federal, State and accreditation regulatory entities. Assists in coordination and implementation of compliance activities. Promotes the delivery of high quality of services. Assists in data collection, record management, storage and retention practices.
Master’s degree in social work, child welfare or behavioral science from an accredited college or university required.
A minimum of 1-year post grad in a human service delivery in a social service organization.
Knowledge of computerized record keeping.
Computer training in Windows, Word, Excel.
