We are seeking a full-time Domestic Violence Case Manager III to provide case management, advocacy, group and individual counseling and follow-up services for domestic violence clients. The case manager will assist clients to develop a safety plan, provide emergency and maintenance counseling, engage in legal advocacy, conduct outreach and education activities, and work with the Education, Employment, Health and Human services team to connect clients to wraparound services. The case manager will record all activity in detailed case notes and maintain confidential client files. The DV Case Manager III reports to the DV and Human Services Manager.
Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in social work.
At least two years of experience working in social services.
A qualified candidate will be detail-oriented, flexible, patient, and demonstrate self-initiative, professionalism, and the ability to work in a diverse environment.
A Master’s degree in social work.
More than two years of experience working with domestic violence survivors and social services.
Ability to demonstrate self-initiative.
