Description
ABOUT METROCREST SERVICES
Metrocrest Services provides hope and builds pathways to economic mobility for neighbors across the north Dallas area. We operate a whole-household, Social Determinants of Health (SDOH)-aligned model organized around five pillars: Income, Health & Food, Workforce, Education/Training, and Housing. We call the people we serve “Neighbors” because they are members of our community, not cases to be managed, and every team member is expected to bring dignity, curiosity, and a whole-household perspective to their work.
THE OPPORTUNITY
The Director of Strategic & Social Impact leads Metrocrest's strategy for helping neighbors achieve lasting economic mobility across the interconnected areas of income, housing, workforce, and education. This leader oversees multiple program areas, develops high-performing teams, strengthens community partnerships, and ensures every program works together to create meaningful, measurable outcomes for the neighbors we serve.
If you're a collaborative, data-informed leader who enjoys building systems, developing people, and driving organizational impact, this is an opportunity to shape the future of one of North Texas' most innovative nonprofit organizations.
This role primarily works 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends based on program needs.
